Shipping & Delivery

When will the order be dispatched?

Typically, an order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Which carrier service will be used for shipping the artworks?

In general, PostNL will take care of the shipping.

Only in certain cases (artworks exceeding certain dimensions), shipment will not be possible by PostNL and I will suggest a delivery service.

If you wish to arrange another service, we will be in touch by email to find an appropriate solution.

Is it possible to collect the artwork myself instead?

Yes, it is definitely possible to collect the artwork at my studio. When checking out, you’ll be able to choose the option ‘pick up at studio’. 

Order & Payment

How do I place an order?

Click the artwork that you want to purchase and fill in the form. You’ll be asked to fill in your name and address, and your email address. 

After payment you’ll receive a confirmation of your order. 

As soon as the artwork has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the track & trace link, so that you’ll know exactly when you can expect your package.  

Where do I find my order details after payment?

You’ll receive all the details regarding your order in your email. 

Which payment methods are supported?

You can pay using iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer and credit card. 

Is it possible to change my order after payment?

If for any reason you want to change your order just send me an email, and we will find a solution.

What is the return policy?

If for whatever reason you don’t feel happy with your purchase, you can return the artwork, provided it has not been damaged, by returning it with a trusted shipping service, with track & trace information. The packaging can be reused, but only if it’s in good conditions, in order to protect the artwork.
