My love for repetitive patterns, dots, and structures truly shows in these paintings. I’m inspired by patterns in nature, but also in handwriting, embroidery, and knitwork.

My grandma’s patchwork crocheted bedspreads are an infinite source of inspiration. Of course not just because of their beauty but also because of my precious memories of her and her loving dedication to her creative projects.

The paintings in this series combine this old and never ceasing love with my relatively new dedication to making bowls and pots.
